Weightless

I feel weightless.
The fog that composes me
closes me in
looming heavily by these afternoons of my soul.
Long wide sunbeams
lazily pierce me though
but lay murky on the grime below.
But here: a tiny ray, shining through,
and there: another.
Where will they take me, I ponder to myself
when I stop drifting through the sky?
